Jump-starting a wellness program

For all my posts on eating out, the one thing I don't want is to start you on the road to illness and excess. I've been struggling with my weight myself--there are times I make it, there are times I don't, but I persist nonetheless. Yes, grit, not giving up, is important for most goals. And, for losing weight, portion control, which I tend to forget when eating myself out of a funk.
